Only Index III was annouced at the event, the other project is still in the dark but it will be annouced later, is index related too btw.

Since it's not just limited to 2018, just a Toaru Project discussion thread is probably better.

But appearently "2018" is part of the actual name of the project, at least according to ANN.

Yeah that's a part of it. Miki called it the launch of the Toaru Project on the stage, so I assume it's going to be a project broken down into years/stages if you will.

Edit: Dengeki's post says 2018 is just the start of the project.
