Chisato's vow scene is going to be the main selling point for volume 12, because it was heavily advertised in the preview for volume 12 and it was one of the main things that Uesu told fans to look forward to in the volume 11 afterword. There's also the fact that Chisato is Ookuma's waifu. He's even gone on the record and said that out of all the girls he has drawn she's the one he wants to marry.

It seems that Chisato's scenes were also a major draw for the OVA too. But if Chisato is Ookuma's waifu, has he been allowed to draw fanart of her on his own time? I haven't seen illustrations of her by Ookuma that weren't officially part of the LN material.

I see, it's just that Maria's adult form just wasn't popular enough. Though given adult Maria's body type, I thought some of Chisato's fans might be interested in seeing that, and it's not like her mind changes--she can still be snarky in her adult form, unless I'm mistaken.

Does that mean we can forget about any future anime adaptations in the future for this LN series, unless the volumes being adapted don't have R18-level content? As far as I know, none of the heroines' voice actresses, with the exception of Yuu Asakawa, have any experience with R18 voice work, and I have no idea if any of them might be willing to make that transition.

If the LN is popular enough (and I've heard conflicting reports about this, since this series clearly isn't on the level of To Aru Majutsu no Index or other works by Kamachi Kazuma, and yet has reportedly sold millions of copies), another solution might be for the production company to outsource an R18 OVA to another studio and recast the heroines for that OVA. The anime adaptation for Princess Lover did just this, but that was back in 2010 and the project was never finished.

Sounds like Uesu has got all the elements for an LN sequel lined up. Something else he can do is tease us about who's going to be in the sequel. If Zest and Basara are actually going to have children together, then I think Ookuma has already made some designs that could be their kids:

Yes, it is the cover art by Ookuma for Vol. 14 of Hundred. As the picture shows, he cribbed Zest's basic design and outfit for the characters on that cover too, so much so that he might be able to pass them off as Zest's and Basara's daughters.

@DragonOsman Sequel can mean a published, broadcast, or recorded work that continues the story or develops the theme of an earlier one. So it can work both ways. Neither are wrong.
