If the LN is popular enough (and I've heard conflicting reports about this, since this series clearly isn't on the level of To Aru Majutsu no Index or other works by Kamachi Kazuma, and yet has reportedly sold millions of copies), another solution might be for the production company to outsource an R18 OVA to another studio and recast the heroines for that OVA. Yes, it is the cover art by Ookuma for Vol. 14 of Hundred. As the picture shows, he cribbed Zest's basic design and outfit for the characters on that cover too, so much so that he might be able to pass them off as Zest's and Basara's daughters.
