So just something of an observation that I've seen with some people in my guild, but how can people level while avoiding quests? Some of the people I talked to said they just grinded and did instances occasionally. I know Quests are a disquised grind but at least a lot of the Northrend quests involve something more then just kill x mob. I just can't believe anyone could level to 80 like that.

They can....I don't know how exactly. I think it has something to do with grouping with a larger group and then just cutting a swath across the continent of everything in there path, no matter what level it is. Or was it tagging stuff outside the group and having the group cut it down after you tag it so you get massive XP without it taking a lot of time.....something like that. Pressing through Northrend should be harder this way since their aren't that many level above you, but then just about anything you kill will grant XP outside the two entry zones.

The French guy who did 70-80 in 23 hours used the faster respawn times in the first week to level so fast. He picked out a place in Grizzly Hills with plenty of mobs that respawned quickly. He just sat back and dotted while Haunt kept him topped up in health and did Mana Tap when he needed to.
Personally I've always liked the questing side of the game and the lore that comes with it. But heavyweights like Ensidia and such completely ignore it. They all did the AoE grind way to 80 then went to Naxxramas on Day 2. Each to their own. If you're in a hardcore guild where everyone is racing to the cap, then doing that is alright. But if your guild isn't or your not even guilded, then it comes to being to racing for Feats of Strength. If you're going to be stuck for around a week waiting for guildies to catch up, that might not be the best way to go. Argent rewards and dailies for 3.2 are gradually appearing. Only things to get seem to be the 150 seal Bridle that allows your squire to run an errand every 4hours or the 50 seal Shimmering Wyrmling pet. And I suppose the 50 seal Argent tabard having an inbuilt port to that area with a 30 min cd might be useful. But nothing that really appeals.

This thread has been a bit boring as of late so to spice it up, I present to you all the greatest WoW-themed site ever.

I doubt I'll get one, I been away for too many of our GoTR runs visiting the hospital. That and people just don't seem motivated to do it, so hard to get people to do it let alone a decent raid balance at times.
I just want one 310% speed mount Q_Q.

Well, I finally got to be in a Yogg 25 kill. As soon as I get Soulscribe (if it drops) I'm about set for 3.2. After that I'll try and get my Shaman some weapons from Thorim. Really can't be stuffed chasing Hard Modes. I know it's a faster mount, but they look so ugly/painful. Green and Red look alright, but those metallic ones and the plagued just look very freaky. Nightfall and Twlight drakes are still the best flying mounts IMO, while for ground mounts I'd say Raven Lord.
