I have a question there has been a season + OVAs

Season 1 there are only 4 episodes? same with OVA there are only 4 OAV? is this normal? :s

There were four OVAs that were released first, then a twelve episode TV series, for a total of 16 episodes thus far

Actually, with the BD special shouldn't that be 17?

I just rewatched the OVA's last night and the new season's title makes a lot more sense to me now. I never noticed before how often Fuu mentions wanting to become "more agressive".

I still don't get why people forgot that detail. It's kind of funny how some folks on this thread overreacted to the title

Actually ... I also remembered last evening that there has been a radio broadcast that has also been made available in English (essentially a single image on the screen with subs timed to the audio). Not much "extra" to offer, but kinda nice for Tamayura fans.

After that trailer I'm rather hopeful that this photography club might just be that thing that was missing from the show. I always felt that Tamayura kind of lost it's drive after the OVAs and never got it back but throwing a new club into the mix it might just give a sense of purpose to the show that was sorely missing imho.

And yes, that lovely music... Can't get enough of it

Just finished marathoning the first season. It's very good and very cute anime. I should have watched it sooner.

For the second season, I will wait for more Maon and Chihiro centric eps. For me, those are two best characterof this show.

I expected that Season 2 would be more of the same (not meant in a bad way, being 'the same' as the original means being utterly soothing and heartwarming), I'm very surprised to hear that there's such a premise... distinguishes the series very clearly from the Autumn 2011 original. Just seven days until more Tamayura and hopefully it won't be too long until Tamayura 3: More Sexually Aggressive.

As Enzo said, the season couldn't possibly be less aggressive. Fuu could swat a mosquito at night with a pink fuzzy slipper while in her pajamas, and that would be about ten times more hardcore and action-packed than anything from the original.

But yeah, I love Tamayura, so I'm glad it's one of the earliest premiering Summer 2013 shows.
