She can we it on her skill, which lets her level up people twice, then do it again, and repeat until she can kill Ottar with a swipe of her hand.

I see, thanks. Looks like Haruhime just needs to increase her base stats to the point she won't go Mind Zero after using her new skill on the whole party and to nimbly avoid enemies right after.

As of right now, she can only boost one person at a time. That might change if she levels up and gets the Mage Development Ability

Tbh, I would laugh my ass off if something like this would happen. It`s more than clear that it won`t and can`t happen but still, imagine what level she could gain with this "heroic deed" .
