::edit:: Well, one good reason the quality ain't so good is because you/whoever made saved it as a GIF image file. What I always do when manipulating pictures: never save a file as GIF unless you're making an animation! The quality level of GIFs is oh so low, and there's no reason or benefit to saving a still image as a GIF, when it could be a higher quality PNG, BMP, hell, even a discards-pieces-of-the-picture JPG is better.

@Halad: I cannot express how much I love it when people who wear glasses in anime have their glasses constantly spontaneously flashing... 'tis awesome. Is the guy in your sig using PSI? The flash near his left hand makes it look so. The stock photo has that soft, blendy feel you get from cartoon screenshots.
9/10 if the guy is using PSI/something similar, 8/10 if that flash is just... there.
