Hey, i just recently got into anime and i particulary like school-life/romance/ or romance/comedy. I've seen a bunch of animes like Full moon wo sagashite and bokura ga ita and now i'm watching Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru. I'm almost done with the series so if you know of anything else, please tell me so that i can check it out!

hey, miaka? thanks for telling me about La Corda D'Oro ~ Primo Passo! it's awesome so far! I'm on episode 11 now, but i can't seem to find anymore of the episodes...HELP?

english sub for la corda is only up to episode 10... unless you won't mind unsubbed raw episodes or chinese sub.

BTW... if you like la corda you might want to watch ghost hunt too. Its more concentrated on mystery and some episodes set in school with some flashes of comedy and romance-hint.

Hrmmm, not sure how well this fits into the 'comedy' category, and while it occurs during school life, I wouldn't say it focuses on that aspect... but if you like romance, Byousoku 5 centimeter (5 centimeters per second) might be worth a try. (You should see some of the 720p trailers they have on the official website... it's insanely pretty.)

Another series you might want to give a try is Aishiteruze Baby. It has a good dose of kawaii to go along with the high school romance too, heh.

Hana Yori Dango TOTALLY fits this category, but the animation on it isn't exactly world-shattering. Looks like something from the 80's even though it was produced in the 90's. At least it does have a lot of episodes. I'd recommend its JDorama if you're into live action though.

Tokimeki Memorial ~Only Love~: Based on the latest incarnation of Konami's succesful dating sim franchise (Tokimeki Memorial ONLINE), this 25-episode series should certainly fit the bill. Romantic school-life comedy, fairly episodical which means the plot isn't all that it could've been, but oh well. =P

If you like your romance slightly ecchi and harem-ish, try Ichigo 100%.

In these, the girl doesn't go to university/college but the guy does, so doesn't quite count. But I wanted to mention them anyway: Ah My Goddess and Ai Yori Aoshi. (AYA is licenced so look for it at your favourite retailer, dunno about AMG.)

Ooh, and for school-life/COMEDY/romance, you really can't go wrong with Full Metal Panic Fumoffu. (Though it's first and foremost comedy, the school-life and romance aspects are still clearly present.) Don't be put off by the fact that it's licenced, ADV did a decent job on this (just avoid all dubbing like the plague) and some of the slimline DVD boxsets are quite affordable too!

hmm if you haven't watched these just give it a try...

Honey and Clover --> H&C season 2 ~ drama/romance anime at its finest....

Kanon 2006 ~ romance/drama/school anime with a superb animation and a nice story...
Midori Days ~ funny and romantic anime....
Saikano ~ dramatic sci-fi/romance anime...
Kare Kano ~ romance/school/comedy anime (one of my fave) though I'm not sure if you will like the animation bec. it's a bit old... but overall it's still nice...
Shakugan no Shana ~ if you don't mind some action scenes try this one

SCHOOL RUMBLE- (pure comedy, the funniest anime ever)

Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi- (an eccentric girl who wants to meet aliens, time travelers and espers and would perfer them over human guys, she forms a club to investigate such things later on)

Fruits Basket- (an orphan girl lives with a cursed family who turn into animals of the zodiac if they are hugged by the other sex)

Kamisama- (in which a son of God is in love with a human, but his guardian angel is in love with him too O.o)

Ouran High School Host Club- (a cross dresser girl forced to work in the Ouran host club after breaking a precious vase, she is then forced to pretend to be a 'boy' and become a host member.)

Honey and Clover- (best college drama/romance/comedy ever)

Midori no Hibi- (a lonely guy wakes up to find a girl instead of his right hand who claims that she loves him Oo)

That's the best I could think of.
