Like I said, it's quite possible that Lendial simply prefers stories with characters that are intentionally unbearable, and finds stories where everyone is likeable to be boring. That's not a load of crap. That's simply having a different perspective...

Just look at Division 5 formation.
They are close to all the other divisions. Those guys are just there to back up the others. I think Kishi just wanted a Samurai leader, because I don't see the real purpose of that squad.

Kiba and Shino will fight with Hinata, and Ino will deal with Asuma alongside Shika and Chouji. Mifune will help someone else too. All the others are fodder. I don't think the division will do anything by itself.
