Just finished Inheritance by Christopher Paolini...good book, good read, but i couldn't help noticing inconsistencies and the characterization was horrible; i didn't care what happened to the characters throughout the whole thing. Oh, and the final battle was REALLY anti-climatic.

Recently finished THe Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. It was pretty great thriller but very tragic at the same time. Eager to see what direction the story will go in Catching Fire.
Now reading through Percy Jackson and the Titan's Curse by Rick Riordian. |

I've so recently finished The Chronicles Of Vladimir Todd: Tenth Grade Bleeds which is the third book to the five part series of it. Relating to the series, I also finished The Slayer Chronicles: First Kill which is about a character from the Vlad series and his struggle, so far there is only one book for that chronicle.
I personally don't enjoy vampire series in the slightest, but these in particular were worth my attention, a purely entertainment based series. The characters are more so interesting, then what you'd expect from the blandness you'd see in characters in the average vampire series. Humorous, suspenseful, highly enjoyable; worth the read. |

Mistborn: The Final Empire & Mistborn: The Well of Ascension - Brandon Sanderson.
I didn't know about this series until a couple of weeks ago, and it quickly became one of my all-time favourites, at least in the fantasy genre which is a genre I normally don't like. It's just brilliant. Currently reading Stephen King's Cell.

As the sig implies, I'm trudging through Scott Lynch's The Lies of Locke Lamora bit by bit. Not for lack of interest, but because I can't read more than a few pages at a time without having to stop to laugh. I suppose I'll be getting to Red Seas Under Red Skies sooner or later, too.

I finished reading Inheritance by Christopher Paolini a week or two ago and I must say I was disappointed at the ending, although I do realize my personal bias does account for half of that disappointment I also read The Assault by Henry Mulisch, which was a fascinating read.
