Things that made me smile... Yuki "floating" through the library, shades of the original Haruhi-centric show. I was hoping for this and I wasn't disappointed. The library card making its appearance again, again a call-out to the original show when Data-Entity Yuki discovered she could take books home with her. I was a bookaholic myself as a kid, haunting the library and I know what it's like to read and read until they threw me out at closing time.
The "gun on the mantlepiece" was flagged again, the poster for the fireworks display in "Endless Eight" August as seen on the train. Episode 12 is set in June if I'm correct, school is still in session and exams are coming up so there's still at least a month of show-time to go before the fireworks.

Yuki's personality on this episode reminds me that of the Haruhi-chan short anime series, replacing eroge with books.
On the other hand, I feel that there's a possibility that both her personalities will merge at some point, but that's speculation on my part! |

Another nice episode.
So there we have it... New Yuki is falling for Kyon and starts to worry she'll disappear... But yeah I also think both Yukis might merge in the end. And seeing how the different pairs of glasses represent a Yuki, a merged Yuki might get over her fear of contacs and use them instead. Another highlight for me was the reappearance of Imouto.
