Which means at end Touma will appear utterly without a clue who Mikoto is.

I am forgetting who Touma is with this manga. While center is not on him, his lack of appearances is getting really annoying just like the yuri fanservice crap.

That's very interesting. The lack of appearance of touma is what I like about the manga. Opens the chance of developing OTHER characters and stories.

Yuri undertones are meaningless (for me at least). Not strong enough to significate a Fanservice

I second that although I still have Harumi to stare at, yet by the current chapters she's already gone.

pretty much the same opinion here, touma is probably one of my least favorite characters in the series (kinda sad since he's the main) ...

either way it's a spin off, so touma shouldn't be overly relevant or there would be no point to it being a spin off it would just be a side story then.

Plot based? lol. Clearly he outsmarted her, and bluffed her into thinking he is stronger than he lets on, which antagonizes her to use more of her power instead of stopping to think. She's just uptight and more than a little pigheaded, so she doesn't figure out that shocking him directly, no matter how strong won't work.

Here's a lesson Biribiri. Why don't you stop zapping for a second and drop something on him or kick him in the balls? It might work much better.

Note: I do like Mikoto, but seriously, these 'Touma only wins with plothax' gripes are just silly.

not really after seeing her fight seriously, it's leaning more towards she didn't want to accidentally kill him so she leans to non-lethal more controlled variants of her powers like she did against the teacher.

seriously though it's funny that they use stuff like ambivalent heat effects for her to get around some of the esper creatures anti electric fields but when you place it in the context of touma it would simply just kill him if she did that.

Notably that is not something she would try for so it's in character that she doesn't do that when they fight. When you take that into context though, a lot of characters conviently don't do similar things that even when there actively trying to kill him though.
