Look in the fansubs forum, there is a "How many episodes" sticky. There are many, many 13 episode shows, so if you want suggestions, you'll have to be specific about what you like.

Shingetsutan Tsukihime. Drama/Fantasy. Good, 12 eps. It's really slow, so you have to be patient. Some people don't like the art. I personally liked it a lot.
Full Metal Panic: Fumoffu?. Comedy. Technically 12 episodes [some have two minis]. Pure comedy. It's the second season, but you don't have to see the first to understand it [makes you want to see the first, though].

Maria-sama ga Miteru. That is, if you're not already watching.

The first season closed with 13 eps. Another season will supposedly come Autumn.

well green green seemed to have a large torrent and its listed on animeinfo as a comedy with a 8.1 . works for me since I can DL the whole thing in one torrent which will speed things up for me ( my comp gets screwy when I have more then two torrents running ) . guess Ill have it done in a few days due to its large file size .

tnx for suggestions . Ill probobly move on to the next one after I am done with this .

Update :

I got green green Dled . This is one of the more hilarious perverted animes Ive seen ... It pretty much shamelessly copies love hinas story and warps it in every messed up way possible

Haha

Good fun, Xenojjin, I was about to recommend GrnGrn as well. Yes it's short and the ending is somewhat abrupt, but I found it absolutely hilarious at times. Fumoffu (11 eps+ 2 special) is an absolute must for anyone who likes a good laugh, while Kimi Ga Nozumo Eien (14 eps) is a wonderful short drama. St. Luminous (13? eps) is an alright mystery (nothing fantastic, but interesting).

Btw, would anyone recommend Gunslinger Girls? I've heard it's horrendously depressing and though beautiful, quite distressing. Some1 told me it's not worth the watch.

Well, I've finished that anime a few days ago. There is a lot of action in it, but the story isn't very optimistic (lets say quite, uhm... have seen Noir?).

Quite beautifull indeed, but not a happy story.
If I had to rate this one, I give it a 8.
Animation is quite nice, I have to mention...

(I hope you understand what I mean, because it is hard for me to express myself in English as it aint my native language.)

Hundred Stories was a little strange but very good, but if you don't like wierd almost creepy stories i wouldn't watch it. As for dramas i suggest Piano and/or Kimi (very adicting). Onegai Twins and FMP Fumoffu were both good comedies.

Yeah, GG isn't for everyone. Its the type of anime that makes u think, it has many psychological messages behind it but quite enjoyable if ur soo used to the reggular action, comedy, drama animes out there. NOIR is also a very interesting anime...i really liked the opening theme too! Good plot and characters...go get it!
