. Props to him, that initial charge may not have worked out, but it was pretty darn badass of an attempt. Just didn't have enough to pull off UBW in that situation.

True, he was considered good enough to be a legit threat by Julian rather then his general "You're resiting? Awww that's adorable!" attitude toward Illya and her party.

I doubt anyone but Archer can used the weapons/shields in UBW since he can just erased them.
(After all, all of his weapon/shields = fake and not real)

Did you forget the first page of chapter 26? Berserker!Sakura had no problem taking ownership of Kanshou and Byakuya. That's how Lancelot's Noble Phantasm works. Probably the only NP that Lancelot couldn't control if he got hold of it is Ea, since that "sword" breaks just about every other rule.

Even considering the OP nature of using Lancelot, wouldn't he still have a shot? Can take and control only two weapons at any given time. So long as you are firing more weapons than Sakura can deflect from all angles, it should work. Though it would involve trying to kill Sakura and even in her crazed state there, Shirou may not be willing to even attempt such a method.

I doubt he would do it in such a state, als you assume he knows it in this diminsion. ALso even if he did use it Lacelots power could only control the weapon grabbed there fore Unlimited blade works would still work, it would just mean giving Sakura lancelot an armament to chose from.

May be a good idea to use the post-battle break for Shirou to work with Kuro. The more she knows about the card the better she should be able to use it. If he just can't pull off UBW then maybe she can. Give them another boost that they could certainly use considering they still have plenty of difficult threats ahead of them.
