Why are new animes just going ala naruto?
why dident they wait a little longer to start making bleach to a anime serie..
Like 50eps and then the fillers are pumping out! it started out all to perfect. The story in the heaven or what ya should call it. But after that imean wtf... Its just like naruto, but at lest naruto got in to close 100 before the fillers started to pump out or even more eps.. thinking of going over to old 90s anime.. Just for the moment its like a naruto wannabe filler year or something. Ok some fillers can be god, but in the most cases they totally suxx big time. Becuse of the faq that they cant use any new materials, new skills and so. Becuse that can ruin the show, in outher words just old crap with a different story. Thats mayde up in a week or something. . grrrrr |

Rather than go all grammar nazi, I'm just enjoying this for the froth-filled rant that it is.
Most anime are *not* going "naruto" (thank gods).... you might start checking out other genres. Some of them have nice stories that begin and *end* properly instead of leading you astray forever.

"Most anime"? Only Bleach and Naruto seem to have this problem. And that's because they're Shonen Jump series. Major Shonen Jump series are so popular that they can keep good ratings ($$$) no matter how bad an episode is. It's inevitable that the anime catches up to the slower-past manga no matter what the series is. Most series just end, but Shonen Jump shows like that just keep on going because most people would rather have bad episodes than no episodes.
Again, it's only Naruto and Bleach that seem to have this issue. Prince of Tennis (another 100+ episode Shonen Jump hit) caught up with its manga and had to make some filler anime episodes, but no one complained because the filler episodes were mostly awesome (maybe even better than the non-filler). |

@ Tybbe
We have fillers so nobody will complain... the people that need to see an episode to survive can watch the fillers... the other people can just skip the fillers (hopefully it won't be a problem)*starts praying for a nice Filler-Manga transition* Anyway if you don't like it don't watch it... go to the suggestion forum and ask for something you like Good luck Tybbe...

If you want something Shounen-like though, you can watch Full Alchemist, it ends near ep 50.
If you want series not to last that long, stop watching Shounen Most shounen drag as much as they can. Although, DON'T watch Honey & Clover, I don't think a shounen fan could watch slice of life romance so early
