No, not really

If you pay attention, Nanoha usually holds Raising Heart with her left hand and Fate holds Bardiche with her right hand

If they change hands during battle it doesn't matter much anyway since it's for spellcasting, magical offense and defense, but notice that they don't change hands for writing!

I didn't notice it until yesterday when I was watching the dubs. I can't believe I didn't notice it before. The creator is very sneaky...

You have to look VERY closely...

Oh, and another thing. I believe that Nanoha being LEFT-HANDED and Fate being RIGHT-HANDED was on purpose. Same with Fate wearing BLACK and Nanoha wearing WHITE. The creator did say that Nanoha and Fate do compliment each other....

...this also made me realize that the loli-uniform design of Nanoha in the movie is a sort of reverse engineer of the Aggressor mode. Like the Wing Gundam reverse designs modeled off Endless Waltz versions.

Does Nanoha ever use Starlight Breaker Ex? If so, in which episode?

Also, is there a definite decision that out of the two, Starlight Breaker Ex and Excelion Buster ACS, which one is stronger than the other? So far, I've just seen that they're both arguably the strongest.

If by Starlight Breaker Ex you mean Starlight Breaker Plus, she used it in episode 2 of As and in the manga. And never again. It really strains her to use it at all, since it's got a barrier-piercing function with it.

The Excelion Buster ACS might be slightly less powerful, since it doesn't strain her to the point of passing out like the Starlight Breaker Plus does.

So it seems, I've yet to find a translator brave enough to help me get this translated. All I can do so far is gather up whatever has been translated and archive it, hoping to one day have the full thing so I can edit them.

Oh well, tanks for the translation. That settles it, then. SLB EX is gathering magical energy and spamming every cartridge Nanoha has. I can understand the strain bit now.

Four, technically. Regular SLB, SLB+, SLB EX and SLB Blaster 3.

So yeah, like Nagumo said, as many as she needs to achieve maximum destruction.
