While Laura Stuart appeared at the end of NT12, I doubt next volume will be the Return to England Arc just yet.

Laura is such a devious women that she actually frightens me to guess her true intentions. Also Mikoto is the focus of next NT right? So I can imagine maybe the Will of the Misaka network will be involved.

I guess if Accelerator will make his comeback in this next chapter because the sisters will probably be involved too.

Yeah and I still hope my crack pot theory was correct... though unlikely. I actually have two crack pot theories. One Will of Misaka Network is actually Mikoto's subconsciousness which was given life after the Level Six shift attempt on Mikoto.

And the other is that Mikoto was actually born a Saint which has no bases other then being the case in my fanfiction. Well I remember because I made her father a secret magician. But ignore that bit.

Still two crack pot theories.

I'm expecting some kind of scene where Mikoto and Will have a good chat to parallel the ones she had with Accelerator and Touma, through I'm curious to what the topic will be. Will only tends to have chats about big stuff.

Also I hope Kuroko turns up in the story properly, she might be really important in Railgun, but she hardly get any proper booktime.

Honestly, I think it is because she is important in Railgun that she doesn't show up in the novels. Notice how Kuroko's screentime in the novels dropped to almost nothing after the railgun manga started.

I am curious to see how Mikoto is going to be the focus. Is the next novel taking place soon after NT12, or will we has forward to Christmas. I guess it depends on what the next moves of the Magic Gods and Aleister are.

I too vote for original size HOThinus! I'm sure kamachi will do it (eventually) because at full size she can inflict more painful abuse on TouMAN. And we all know what Kamachi likes to do to TouMAN.

Through knowing Kamachi if Othinus ever did get the ability to regain height, it would always fail in the most comic way if she attempted to make a move on Touma!

from what I read at the end of NT 12, it sounds like it could be a 3 way fight or 4 way fight if the Anglican and Touma is forced in or joins in the the fight against Magic v.s. Science.

Aleister and Doggy-chan being on the science side, Full Blown Majins on Magic Gods, Anglican as the Magic side, then TouMAN as the neutral side since he's neither science nor magic in ability-wise.

as for for Misaka Will being Mikoto's subconscious after pseudo-level 6 shift could be plausible, but unlikely, Mikoto being a Saint, wouldn't be possible because Espers can't or rather shouldn't use magic, since Accelerator used that song/prayer recorded by the Misaka Network, which was used by Index some time in the past on LO, and Accelerator got rekt by a song/prayer XD.

as for Othinus returning to normal human height, well i doubt Kamachi has any ideas on how it could be done, but it is done, he'll prolly use it as comic relief, where it will fail because Touman was there when it happens and IB said "NO.".

So how many of us was kinda annoyed that #6 was still a mystery of it was by the end of NT 12?

I was kinda annoyed, then Kamachi added a random character working for #6 because he was pissed off with #7 and his guts talk/theme.

I don't know why, but personally, it hit me on the right spot. I like it, at least his/her act starting to affect the plot. Isn't it actually similar with Misaki? actually we just know she is the level 5 and she also a got a role in Railgun manga, but her true story debut in the novel was just in NT 11.

I had a hunch that this slick identity will be revealed in the next vol, because there is no need to "foreshadowing" his/her act if that not the case, like Othinus ,Fiamma, and the others.

Actually, that organ crusher appeared on side-story where he defeated by Gunha.

Yokosuka isn't a random character, he appeared in SS2 and in Fanfare. He's pretty badass actually, since he endured three amazing punches before falling unconscious the first time he tried to fight Gunha. By Fanfare he was up to 11, and Gunha pisses him off because he keeps using this 'lame' attack to beat him instead of something that sounds cool.

It should amount to such an unordinary scene. As the weird technique name could be heard, that man's fist let out a mysterious wave and sent the huge man flying. Even if it was a Level 5 walking about in Academy City, that could be considered an "abnormal" situation. The big guy who had been sent flying stood up with light feet and smirked. "Ku, to be able to send this visceral grinder Yokosuka flying away in this 30th revenge match. Sogiita Gunha, you brat, you seem to have gotten stronger than before." In contrast to the man who looked like some evil terrorist boss in movies, the boy was wearing a Rising Sun flag T-shirt and white uniform over it; and though splendid-looking, it looked somewhat old-fashioned. "The seventh Level 5 of Academy City" Sogiita Gunha replied with a strong tone, "Oi, hot pot guy, you actually managed to tank ten of my amazing punches. Seems like you got guts. As a token of respect, let me show you my more powerful technique." Haratani knew the males called Sogiita, Yokosuka, and the nickname "hot pot guy", but it was too troublesome to remember them as he could only sigh and watch them fight. "Wh-what!? So it's coming!? I'M SO HAPPY, SOGIITA!! GO TO HELLLLLL!!!" Standing up with a delighted expression, Yokosuka jumped up and rushed at Sogiita. Facing him head-on, Sogiita clenched his fist, and with all his strength, he shouted, "SUPER AMAZING PUNCH!!!" "IT DIDN'T GET ANY STRONNNNNGERRRRRRRRRR!!!"
