I said that Frenda and Mugino were like peas in a pod, but it appears that Hamazura and Mugino saw somebody that looked exactly like Frenda. Not that Frenda and Mugino were the same.

This is based upon outside information, I did not take another look at the raw. I am studying for my exams concurrently, so my performance is affected.

Yeah I figured that part didn't make sense

Is it likely that the girl that looked like Frenda refers to her little sister Fremea? And Mugino wants to redeem herself by taking care of Fremea like a mother alike Accelerator protecting Last Order like a Father...

Looking at all the summaries, I am pretty sure Mugino will meet Fremea... and hopefully not turn her into Fre Mea :P
Seriously tough, I'd say there is around 48% chance we will get to see Mugino Motherly Edition. Gotta be creepy...

Take note that things that are "like peas in a pod" means "very similar" or "identical" at most.

I don't think Mugino will dare to make a Fre Mea, especially after what Shiage experienced in NT.

If she does she'll face worse things than getting defeated by Shiage back in 15.
