The fact that Keima pleaded and joined the Girl's Karate Club (chapter 19) remains in Kusunoki's memory. Based on this, Keima questions himself if her memory of the capture remains and if so, does she have a goddess inside her. Then Kusunoki promptly kicks him in the face, sending him onto the hallway. Kusunoki, stepping on Keima's pretty-boy face, comments on his audacaity to re-appear after fleeing (leaving) from the club. Baffled by her remark Keima asks if did they not go to an amusement park together. It is revealed that Kusunoki did go to an amusement park... with the members of the dojo, proven by a blurry photograph with Kusunoki (in training clothes) in the middle and the rest of the disciples (in dojo uniforms).
Keima realizes it is the same as Mio: Occurred events remains true and the character(s) are replaced. However, the part in the beginning is no different from the actual fact, and it was hastily revised en route. Elsee explains the New Hell is lacking electrical power and that they are trying to conserve the amount of energy spent on memory revision as much as possible. Keima confirms the memory revision is still being performed, and that Kusunoki does not have a Goddess. In the morning training, Keima realizes it has been proven she doesn't remember by the fact that she remembered him (in a manner contrary/different to his impression during the capture) and considers this method to be a viable confirmation strategy for the other girls. Hinoki, wearing a coat, walks in and greets with the
megaphone. She tells Keima she wants to show him something
"good", and that it is made from his sister's fabric. And then...
She asks Keima, who is critiquing the fashion as a "bad taste" in Western games, how it is. Remembering his setting as her fan, he summons double nosebleed on demand. Kusunoki becomes angry and tell her not to seduce the inexperienced disciples. Hinoki pats her on the head and questions why she is so mad, and that if she makes such a scary face she'll tell everybody "Kusunoki was a bedwetter (nocturnal enuresis) till her first year in elementary school!!" Kusuni's face becomes bright red and comments she's herself as usual. Keima ponders if Hinoki does really have a "gap" in her heart and tries to approach her more.
Hinoki paints the roof pink and says she was an artist in Paris (in addition to designer & actress). She also claims if Kusunoki advertised with a swimsuit (bikini), the dojo will flourish greatly.
Nighttime. A little about the Kasuga sisters past is revealed here. When they were young, Kusunoki was extremely weak (and a bedwetter) and couldn't do anything without her older sister, as she would always take care of her since she was good at anything –
Martial arts, Studies, and Looks.
She states how the dojo would have prospered if she succeeded the dojo, which Keima asks why she didn't. Hinoki is the eldest sister and is stronger than her, yet why Kusunoki is the family-head. Hinoki starts laughing and questions why SHE has to do martial arts when she can do just about anything and declares her dream is more bigger. And this is when she literally grows bigger, and I mean
My analysis on this matter is her guilty conscience on her irresponsiblity and the transfer of family duty to her younger sister Kusunoki, perhaps combined with the factor her long 5 years in the outside world yielded no success.
