Based on translation given by Elf song, I think that the contents from Episode 14 to Episode 16 are from novel Volume 20. Subsequently, Volume 21 will start to be animated in Episode 17 onwards.

Well, perhaps the view of the Flame Hazes that torches aren't really the person, just their residue, is wrong. Perhaps torches still have the same soul (or whatever) of the person devoured, and so technically still are the person, even as they slowly fade away into nonexistence.

In the upcoming Episode 17 of Anime Season 3, it appears that Yuji will appear in his human form in front of Kazumi, to capture her to Seireiden. Pretty much, the same tactic was used when he faced Shana in Episode 4. Well, he could have appeared in his SotF form in front of them respectively. It is definitely a deceptive move by Yuji to fulfil his objective.

Hyakki Yakou (百鬼夜行 Hyakki Yakou, Night Parade of 100 Demons) is the notorious smuggler group run by three Crimson Denizens:
■ "Shell of Deep Concealment" Gyuuki (Boss)
- Gyuuki is a Crimson Denizen and the leader of the Hyakki Yakou. In his human form, he is the man with a beard.

■ "Descent of Earthly Rules" Zemyna (Bodyguard)
- Zemyna is a female Crimson Denizen. In his human form, she looks like a woman with short, dark pink hair and markings on her face like kabuki. She wears a kimono and always carries a pickaxe.

■ "Coachman of Corpse-bearing Slaves" Para (Driver)
- In his human form, he is the man who wears spectacles.

Or that the Existence in Xanadu is literally inexhaustible?

Yuji/SnH said that creating Xanadu won't affect our world and Guze at the end of episode 14 when he destroys the reason for the flame haze to fight. In episode 15 Centerhill comfirms.

I think Yuji/SnH said something about the Existence in Xanadu being literally inexhaustible in episode 14 when he makes his grand declaration and/or in episode 17 when he explains everything to Kazumi and Eita. I'm not 100% sure about this though.

Didn't Centerhill state that would only be in the short run?

In the long run if the Denizens go out of control on their paradise the imbalance there will also affect both Guze and Earth?

I mean that's why he went in to fight Snake.
