1. It's more like a charge skill. The longer you spend charging it, the stronger the attack.

• Like bakato said, Argonaut is a skill, which is different from Luck (the other stat he got along with Argonaut after leveling).
• Finn is the Parwum (which is just hobbit in the web version). Gareth's the dwarf.
• Blonde hair and blue eyes is Ryuu. The second in command is Riveria yes, but the mage has green eyes instead. Ryuu holds Bell in high regard; Riveria is only interested in Bell because Ais is fascinated by him (she and Finn know that Ais sneaked out during the morning to train him).
• Freya's not mentioned.
• The cover is Ryuu (Syl is on the right, Ryuu's on the left in this picture; Ryuu dyes her hair in the restaurant

  because she is still blacklisted by the Guild after she went on a killing spree while trying to get revenge; her family, Astrea Familia, used to be one of the peacekeepers for the city, so they made a lot of enemies. One day, they got set up while inside the dungeon, everyone besides her died. She begged Astrea to leave the city (so her God won't witness her disgusting deeds) and went on a rampage killing those who wronged her but also innocents who stood in the way. Syl found her dying in the street and saved her. Since Ryuu mostly hid her features when she was an adventurer, her most recognizable trait is her golden mane). Astrea, Syl, and Bell are the only three who ever touched her.

Spoiler for Spoilers:

• So apparently Diyonysos is not the bad guy, since members of his Familia were murdered too.
• There's a new character introduced, a red-haired Tamer, whom is controlling the flower-type monster in volume 1. She is very likely to be from the Enyo Familia.
• She is so strong that she probably could've killed Ais (still only Lvl. 5 at this point) if not for Finn and Riveria (both confirmed Lvl. 6 at this point already) saving her last minute.
• The Tamer can keep up with wind-enchanted Ais, and could deflect Lefiya's magic unarmed; her gauntlet might be enchanted or specially crafted, but doesn't seem to be the case.
• She is described to be extremely luscious, which mislead people to deduct she's a prostitute from Ishtar Familia; she seduced Hashanah, a Lvl. 4 from Ganesha Familia, to engage in sex with attempt to steal his package, a placenta retrieved from Floor 30; she decapitated him with one move and skinned his face to wear as a mask to conceal her identity during the lockdown after Hashanah's body is discovered.
• She calls Ais by the name Aria, which apparently is Ais' mother's (nick?)name and caused Ais to go ballistic (out of surprise rather than anger I think).
• The placenta could actually fuse with monsters causing them to rapidly grow and absorb other monsters to form a super monster; upon laying eyes on the placenta causes Ais to go lose all her strength for some reason.
• Uranos is introduced as the God who is residing on a seat of power of an altar below the Babel Tower; he's using his power (prayer) to prevent the monsters from erupting outside. He's the de facto guardian of the city, but does not wish to rule. To this effect, he did not start a Familia nor endow Fauna to Guild members.
• He is shown to have knowledge of the events going on in the city, Loki tried to pry news out of him but could only confirm that he has nothing to do with releasing those flower-type monsters.
• Uranos' assistant, Felz, is the one who hired Hashanah to retrieve and pass the placenta to Lulune, a Lvl. 3 from Hermes Familia (right in this picture with the placenta), whom is waiting at Livila on Floor 18 to transfer the package (the placenta was initially encased in a crystal) above ground.
• After the whole murder/placenta event, Ais also fought the Monster Rex (mentioned in volume 02 of the main story) Spartoi Udaios (Udeus); Loki Familia usually do a 30 member raid this guy, but Ais, after suffering defeat from the unamed Tamer, decided to solo Udaois. At the beginning of the volume, Ais and co. were trying to make money to pay Goibniu back for destroying his sword in Oratoria 01 when fighting the Flowers during Monsterphilia Festival. Ais decided to stay on Floor 37 by herself to train, but Finn does not consent, which prompted Riveria stays too (she is like a mother figure to her). Coincidentally, Udaois respawned then after a 3-month interval.
• From her line in Volume 02, we thought she instant-gibbed the boss, but turned out she was beaten almost to death. Unknown to Ais and co., the boss, when not being raided, has spare time to craft/summon this skeleton sword that greatly powers him up (doesn't help that Ais cut one of his arm off that pissed it off greatly to begin with). Long story short, Riveria stepped in and helped a bit, and Ais was able to "solo" the Udaios.
• Here's the kicker, the sword was the Boss's drop item. Since Ais does not use greatswords, she left it to Bors, the leader of Livila Town on Floor 18 for safe-keeping; this was the same sword that Bell used for his final blow against Goliath in volume 5. So really, Ais helped him out indirectly!
• The sword is destroyed after Bell's attack, and it took Ais pushing her Ariel skill to the point that the skill overwhelmed her body to break the tip of the sword during her fight with Udaios. You can only imagine how powerful/tough/strong a Limit-Off Argonaut/Goliath's skin/Udaios' sword is.
• Lap pillow scene from Volume 02 depicted in Side Story 02. Somebody's happy

Now that volume two is fully translated, I gave it a re-read. The fact that most RAW readers regard it as the low point of the series gives me great hopes for future volumes, because I loved every second of it.

Seriously, Lili had a believable and heart-catching backstory, Bell continues to prove you don't have to be edgy to be badass, that rescue scene had me on the edge of my seat and nearly cheering, and their little reunion at the end provided critical levels of DAAAWWWWW.

I also finished reading the the second volume and I found it to be quite enjoyable. The start of the third volume is just a mix of me asking anyone to save the rabbit known as Bell from Freya and kinda wanting to punching him for being an idiot and not being Hestia's seat.

and the princess still doesnt notice him as well... even if his hidden stat has the potential to make him THE most OP character in the run.

also, would his class be considered an assassin or a blade dancer of sorts? I wouldn't say he's a bladesman since the way I see it he's been using short blades and gods know what would happen if he actually dual wielded (dual wielding two standard length blades such as a sword is just too impractical but a short blade is viable enough since you'd be trading cutting reach for the number of strikes you can inflict) with his second blade being a strictly magic weapon alongside his augmented short blade.
