They may be co-developers, but they still seem to hold the rights on the PC side if you look on the credits. That's the reason the Chaos;Head t/l projects locked up in the first place. 5pb holds the rights to the X360 versions of course.
The Nitroplus games they're working on aren't exactly those... |

As of now, Demonbane is the only game they have in the pipeline. Whether they go ahead with more games depends on sales (no Jingai Makyou for now), so I do wonder how the scene might react if the unthinkable were to happen.
Resuming locked projects through TLWiki would certainly anger Nitro+, although translators would arguably have nothing to lose. |

They haven't yet released a single Nitroplus game, and Demonbane has undergone numerable delays.
