Now I'm questioning the point of powering up Mikoto when this happens

Gensei is badass, very badass, but we recognize, as Aleister exception, all others in the city are just children trapped in their cribs that have never seen the backyard.

ps: I'm sure you understand that this only applies to those who from the beginning were the science side

i swear people are getting excited with this tag team(i once remember being told thate from kamachi words which i received from a friend said if these two met, they well become good friends) not sure if its true but the best thing about touma is hes interactions with other characters.

Wow gunha.. total bro's there. It might be cool and all but well... just like how touma just stumble on the right path, I also felt that gunha's appearance just came out of no where. A bit forced. And if he can see what's happening then there should be more to notice the lightning strikes heck even kuroko appear. With this there is no telling on who will appear or who will just end it.

No sniper to ruin the fun >_>

radar? more like a static field that acts double as a radar. It also acts as a filter for Misaki. The static field is more like her AIM which was hated by animals. They get zap even with low frequency of it.

They may have swatted that electricity down like nothing, but the text in that spoiler makes it sound like she has yet to even bother looking at them as she stares down the windowless building. Also, nothing she sent their way sounds like something she would have any difficulty doing at her usual level so it makes sense that it didn't work.

She probably didn't attack them. That's probably the lightning discharge from her and not an actual attack because if its her attack then its probably the same attack as windowless building (like that will change anything other than maybe a real damage)

The problem why Touma can't get near is the metal scraps and not the lightning discharge. He can swat the lightning but not the steel and cement that flying around her.

Good point! Everyone else who is making fun of how weak she is

is completely wrong... I mean we all saw her massive lightning bolt that she used on the Windowless building and that was absolutely ridiculous
