I gotta add Takasugi Shinsuke from Gintama. Charisma-loaded, lovely seiyuu, awesome character design, great back story with Gintoki, Katsura and Sakamoto. YES.

Mireille Bouquet, and Yumura Kirika from Noir
Madlax from Madlax
Yagami Light from Death Note

I'm sure there are more if I sit down and look at my anime list, but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
