Gotta be honest here.

Part 1 was pretty dreadfully boring. I could never quite figure out why the majority of the fanbase love this route so much.

Without spoiling anything, Part 1 was basically all set up. Things are about to start going wrong very very quickly for everyone left.

Several possible reasons.

For me, if I'm going to be completely honest, it's Sakura. It's the only route that is actually a love story.

Like was said, part 1 is a set up movie. It’s purpose is to set up the history and relationship between Shirou and Sakura because they are the prime focus of the route.

The route itself is actually a lot more informative than the other 2. From things like the history of the grail war, what the corruption in the grail is. It shows many different faces to the characters we thought we knew in fate and ubw.

streaming a new commercial on Monday for Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel II. lost
butterfly, the second film in the trilogy. The video features the theme song "I beg you"

Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel II. lost butterfly will open in Japan on January 12, 2019 in
131 theaters. The film was originally slated to premiere in Japan this year. Aniplex of
America will screen the film in the United States in 2019. Tokyo's Shinjuku Wald 9

Yes, the illustration is magnificent.


For me Heaven’s Feel was extremely beautiful. I liked that they speeded up scenes which are the same in all parts. Though there was a risk that for the new people it would be hard to catch up.
I think they conveyed character's feelings very well. At the moment Heaven's feel looks most intriguing of all parts for me. And most dark and tragic. It also disclosure parts I was wondering about when I watched Fate or UBW. Can't wait for the next movies.
It also was interesting to compare Sakura's and Rin's view of the same scene with Shiro they both recollect. (The scene was the same if I remember it right. I not, I'm sorry.)
