Yeah, was not expecting to like it as much as I did. Didn't watch it when it was airing because Haruyuki design turned me off but he is actually a nice MC.

Also for a series with lots of nicely animated action it was surprising that the most hype scene was a non-battle one (Hime's Physical Full Burst). Have listened Silver Wing feat. Onoken too many times.

Now you learn a lesson to not judge something before you watch it yourself. I had a smiliar experience when i first watched Madoka, i belived it would be yet another "magical girl" shit but damn how wrong i was.

I also think that he is the most realistic MC of this kind of show becouse even if he gets his powers as Silver Crow does not cure him from his scars. I do also enjoy a lot that Hime is not sidelined after a couple of episodes which is the case for the most action shows nowdays. I really did enjoy both of them. Their relationship is good becouse they struggle with it, Hime is afraid of Virtual reality but Haru is not so much. She serves as a motivation for him to try harder, something you dont see often.

From what I heard, AWIB was originally intended to be shown only in event/convention just like Magical Suite Prism Nana's OVA, before they ultimately decide to screen it in cinema..

Chinese streaming site bilibili, amd Youku/Tudou obtained non-exclusive right on AWIB. They still have not announce how/when they are going to release the movie to Chinese audiences, but rip will probably be available relatively recently, if the earlier Kotonoha no Niwa's case is of any indication.

Been a long time since I last logged on. From the first 7 minutes, I can guess the premise. This film might show what happens when a burst linker dies or near death while logged in the Brain Burst. Why do I get the feeling the ARS are somehow involved?

I personally feel like this movie won't involve anything prominent, honestly. It just looks like an original story that doesn't have a lot to do with the light novels' story.

It kind of feels the same here, it seems that it is an side story of sorts but i hope i am wrong. At the same time, how will they handle all the new characters, this takes place after volume 20 or something like that. Well, we will see.
