Wait no misunderstand I know that Ise = human so Sg ok...what I mean is..I always thought that you have do had some kind of skill or whatever (like at least some magic or who know) to obtain the Sg or being choice for that. so why Ise ...if he don't become devil Ddraig would stay there and Ise would never heard Ddraig. Wich mean what the thing that made the Sg go to Issei ?O_o

i'm not sure myself but from what i read[v4 summary by zzhk], Ise chosen as boosted gear possesor, Vali choosen as divine dividing possessor, and Asia twilight healing which can heal devil and fallen angel is bug in god system.
