We need a typesetter for Soul Eater. Apart from that we have a full team and a translator submitting translations the day after broadcast. I'm afraid we've been stalled for this reason for quite a while, so unless we can recruit someone within the next week or so, this project is getting dropped.

Contact me if you're interested in getting this moving.

Hello there!
I'm looking for a group interested on doing the ga-rei -ZERO- (Anime series), Kaitou Tenshi Twin Angel (OVA) or Zettai Shougeki (OVA).
I'm highly interested to help on both of those projects. I have can time at anytime (except morning on my local timezone, which I have school to go).

I'm looking for groups that want to have a good quality/speed ratio on this project (I believe that we don't need to devote our lifes to quality, but I don't like release shit things on speed).

My experience:
- Timing: about 3 years of experience. I can time in about 45 mins, depending on the amount of lines and my mood. You can see an incomplete list of what I did (last updated on February of this year, so it's veeeeeeeery outdated) by clicking here. Others actual titles I timed was Code Geass ep 7-14 (I guess) to Chihiro (honestly, it wasn't even fine timed, so don't complain), Koihime Musou 01- 02 for Serin and others for some foreign fansubs. I guess my timing got a lot better in past month, since I stopped using TPP and doing fine timing manually (it got 1000% better >_>)

- AFX: I suck on it so much. I can do some crappy things only if necessary.

Contact me through:
- PM at AnimeSuki
- IRC: Raijenki (irc.rizon.net)
- MSN: Raijenki@hotmail.com

I guess that's all.
Thanks.

As of now, we are SEVERELY lacking servers, distro members, and XDCC bots. Please, if you have a high-speed internet connection or can provide some bots, contact us.

We also need some translation checkers!! and some good editors to get rid of grammar errors in the translations. Also, all Translators work on shows they choose ^_^ Well if you interested, in any of the positions, join the IRC channel or send us an email. We'd also prefer it if you had MSN Instant Messanger, that's also a really good way to contact us.

thank you for your time.

Freelance Encoder for Hire

I'm interested in doing a series. I'm not TOO particular, but if it's anything like Kodomo no Jikan (or anything remotely similar to it), don't bother talking to me.

I'm looking for a job where the scripts are already doneor are coming in at a steady rate (getting bored of projects where I encode five eps and then sit around on my ass for months waiting for people to get done). So, in other words, don't bother talking to me if you don't have a translator and/or already translated scripts.

DVD/transport stream sources are preferred, but again I'll take what I can get.

I have experience in several groups (namely BSS).

If hired I will offer no guarantees to stay with the group once the series is completed... but if I like you who knows.

PM here. Would recommend getting me on irc though.

Looking for a Paying Job?

Basics: As a small, independent company, we have recently inked a deal that will allow us to distribute several Japanese indy films (not anime) in the US and Canada.

Details: I'm looking for a team of a couple of people to take the raw version of the movie(s), and when complete, present a fully translated, quality subtitled (in English) product.

Barring that, we would be looking for translators (Japanese to English), in which we would then use a completed transcript to create the subtitles.

Specifics: This would be a paying work-for-hire commission, on a project-by-project basis. Payment would be rendered at completion of the project (whether we work with a team or simply with a few translators).

Contact: Please feel free to drop me a line at: asylum77 [at] gmail [dot] com for further discussion.

We're desperately in need of a translator OR a good translation checker. Our last translator left our group due to personal reasons and that has slowed our group down. Any help would be much appreciated.

We are recruiting for fall season (october 2008), translators can choose their own project. We have every other position covered except TL&TLC.
Also translators need to be able to deliver a script within 2/3 days after airing.
