On the positive side getting closer to Takano figuring herself out. At least she has friends around her who are figuring it out and will be able to help gently push her in the right direction.
Honestly also feel like Kana should just take a longer break from Chiaki. It's nice that there is mutual interest there. But feels like Chiaki needs to mature as a human being before anything else. But doubtful that they'll stay apart for too long.

Takano is definitely my favorite in this series. And I thought it nice seeing the SCP show a little lack of composure here. Normally he just tortures Ryoko relentlessly but when she's struggling he's actually fighting desperately to stop himself from running to her aid. Nice way to show that he too does have some weakness.

I remembered there are two chapters in Tsurezure Children that I could not handle my rage from it... one of them was animated last week.. glad to see they handled the reconciliation properly (and that is a really wonderful fanservice *nosebleed* you're lucky bastard, Chiaki)
it is always sweet to see our favorite Sugawara-Takano couple seems like Gouda couple is the love master for 2nd grader since two couples already learned from them watching Love Master and Student Prez in same class is great... no wonder they are both awesome and good luck for the deliquent-chan... you got a wonderful classmates |

I was pleasantly surprised with the final episode. Thankfully, I didn't have to suffer from the the Student Council president nor the Love Master, the two characters that I liked the least in both the manga and anime series. What they did animate was the beginning of one of my favorite arcs in the manga series, with my favorite pairing, Chii-chan and Suga-yan.
Kudos to the anime team for rendering such a fabulous adaptation of one of my favorite comix! The only complaint I have is that there aren't more episodes! |

this need a second season, summer it's starting and for what I saw in the soccer match (and some glancing in the manga), there's a lot of couples that didn't show story in this, and more important the first couple ended in nothing, I thought they were the most important.
anyway 8/10 |

I don't think that there really is a "most important" coupling. The mangaka has portrayed a wide variety of individuals and paired them up in mostly pretty realistic levels of attraction, which allows the readers to choose who they like the most, themselves. Most mangakas seem to be able to only handle one or two romantic pairings in a story, whereas Wakabayashi Toshiya is juggling at least 20, and doing it damn well. |

This show overall was a pleasant experience. Wasn't even full length and it was very entertaining to see the character pairings each week.
It turned out, Chiaki/Kana and Kaji/Akagi were my favorite pairings. I loved their character chemistry although the two are quite different from each other. 8/10. I hope we get another season in the future.
