I don't know, this episode is made of win and fail at the same time. Some parts are funny, while other part are lame. So an average of 5 I guess.

Ep was okay, though I felt the manga handled it better. Don't like the new ED.

As always Tenma and Harmia make for godly entertainment. Many things can be said about all other pairs but those two have never failed to make me laugh. Tenma x Harima is just so hilarious. Dream come true episode for Harima. =D

dayum man..........how anime/manga do you watch/read in a year? I have no clue what anime those girls are from. Wait........the last one, was it midori no hibi? and Mai......is it the one from mai-hime? k.......my brain is overloaded with anime titles now.

well....back to SR. I hope it will go on well until they graduated HS. maybe by then, harima will a make promise to eri that they will to go to tokyo U together.....

Man i was shocked that Noto Mamiko (Yakuamo's Seiyū) is singing in this.

gotta admit the drop kick was funny, but there was too much of a pause in my opinion, it should been a quick, glance then attack. It should of been the instinctive abuse.

Instead it just confirms the cold hearted calculating person eri-chan is, she had to thinkof how she could abuse him before dishing the punishment.

I don't know everyone else thinks, but I thought Harima's temporary hair style when he was getting "married" to tenma (no hat, no hairband) rivals his short spiky look.

Hmm, yeah, he definitely looks cooler like that than usual. This was a great episode, though I guess I'm not too keen on Eri's reaction to Harima being the worker. I would hope that she would have more of a 'It was you...' reaction, but that isn't her personality, so I'm not too down on it. It was funny, and at least she knows that the man who gave her the inspiring words was Harima and Harima has seen another side of her.

i guess im the only one dissapointed with this episode. Just as i feared, there was still no closure and it doesnt seem like the events meant anything if the first reaction Eri showed is a drop kick, after he basically did everything he could to save and protect her. It doesnt seem like this story is going anywhere but in circles.

I'm going to take a hiatus like i did with bleach after ep. 72 and naruto after ep. 140. I'll keep reading the boards to see if any characters develop or if any situations evolve. How can characters not grow in 43 episodes?? i dont particularly care who gets with whom, i just want to see some growth, if not in story but definitely in character. How can characters who are 16 and 17 yrs old be soooo stagnant??

just when it seemed Harima was about grow a bit, or deviate from his tunnel vision of Tenma, Eri suddenly mutters "beardy ur the worst" and ofcourse, Harima goes back to square one because that pisses him off. And just when Eri finally shows some non-superficial depth, she suddenly finds out that the guy who went out of his way to protect her all night, is the guy she has a crush on... so what does she do?? she drop kicks him... COME ON!!

off to my hiatus... o well, it was fun while it lasted... this anime was in my top 10. ~sigh~

i'll return to School Rumble WHEN SOMETHING ACTUALLY HAPPENS AND IT AFFECTS CHARACTERS THROUGH THE STORY AND NOT JUST FOR ONE EPISODE.

Yea I'm becoming tired of them beating around the bush. I'm at the point where i dont really care who he ends up with just someone so we can move on. Though I really really want to see Eri x Harima.

The drop kick was good. The scene when they were at the temple and Eri was shy about the towel sharing and Harima was puttingup his defenses thinking about stuff Eri would be thinking about like how she woudl respond to questions he answered lol.

I agree i liked Harima's temporary hair and it does rival his short spiked hairdo. I actaully like it better than his usual look.

harima's temporary hairdo made him look like the guy from northern star fist series......except harima is skinnier.........

about the drop kick thing, I think eri become self concious again about harima. It's so sweet when both harima and eri dropped their defenses in the temple and show their other side to each other. 2 things that make this two incompatible: harima's tunnel vision on tenma, and eri's pride over herself being a "princess"

I think when they drop these things, those two will make a lovely couple.

As for the drop kick well I do sorta agree it took a bit to long while in the manga it just happen.

Spoiler: The big "moment" between Harima and Eri in the temple needed more visual emphasis. Too much darkness, distant camera shot. The manga shot focused specifically on the two. Also, the dropkick IMO was better in the manga because there was no slow setup. It was just straight up kick to the face The anime-exclusive bits were hilarious though, like Tenma's dance, Eri's season 1 flashbacks, and Harima and Eri's close call with the truck. Next ep has "La Verite", so it's already guaranteed to be awesome __________________
