It's something you'll understand when you're older dear. Now go play with your cousin.
(lol, Ryou and Kappei reference) (What would they name her? Well there's always Tomoya's mother.)

朋也 + 杏 Cannot quite get the inspiration for 梢 Ushio I can understand. Then again, if its Kyou's kid, don't ya think she'd get first dibs on the name? And I somehow doubt she'd be as creative as Nagisa - Tak

I used the radicals.
For Tomoya's name I used the first kanji - 朋. The radical is 月. For Kyou's name kanji - 杏, the main radical is 木. So, if I put 月 and 木 together, one of the many results I get is 梢 (Kozue). Well, if you want to keep Kyou's and Ryou's name-style, then I guess you can also read 梢 as Shou.

I was thinking more in terms of a word that can carry both parents' name, like Ushio. - Tak

Kyou's name means apricot tree. I'm not sure about Tomoya's, but I think it'd be something like "a companion".

Remember that normally, when constructing Japanese names, parents normally give a single radical of their names, or a single kanji on their names when using compund kanji.
So Used Can's idea is actually right In the case of Nagisa and Ushio you can see that they followed this tradition since both kanji's have the radical of water.

As expected, Kyo-Ani will make a Kyou DVD special episode to mirror Tomoyo's DVD episode for the first series. Looks like all the fears and bitterness of all Kyou admirers about whether or not Kyo-Ani would do this, which has sadly led to it constantly getting in the way of proper discussion about Tomoya and Nagisa's main story, will finally be laid to rest once and for all.

Some say more based on date of DVD/Blu-Ray releases. No known confirmation either way. Note: Even if it was 26 it would not interfere with any potential Key-based anime releases for the Fall season.

With all the talk of a special Kyou OVA, I begin to wonder if there are others who prefer Kyou and/or Tomoyo over Nagisa Not that Nagisa is a bad character, but I want some excitement in life
The ultimate triangle, hands down: - Tak (No, not even Macross can top that)
