For the last time, no, because Okouchi has confirmed it.

Okay, I've got a good question. I hope it has not already been asked, because then I will feel foolish.

What exactly is the meaning behind the various "prefixes" (for lack of a more accurate term) for the royalty's name? Such as Lelouch Vi Britannia, or the others:
Charles Di Britannia
Schneizel El Britannia
Cornelia Li Britannia

If anyone knows what they mean and why they are different, I would be grateful.

I believe it was related to who their mother was/is.

That's interesting. Anyone knows what Lelouch's mother's last name was?

Marianne vi Britannia is her royal name, Lamperouge is her maiden name.

Edit: Never mind on that.

It was? Lelouch seriously kept his mother's maiden name? I'm surprised that he wasn't found out somehow.

Maybe it's based upon the line for the throne, or maybe gender, too. I have no idea. At this point, it could be something that was completely made up for all I know.

Absolutely false, this is never stated anywhere.

... No one in that conversation said that Lamperouge was anyone's name before, C.C. asked why he kept his first name while changing his last name, to which Lelouch asked why she was called C.C..

Quoted for truth, Lamperouge is the name Nunnally and Lelouch took on to hide from Britannia. Marianne is not involved in that at all.

It's mentioned during the first meeting on the roof between Suzaku and Lelouch that Lamperouge is his mothers maiden name.

As much as I'd like vindication on that particular fact, Suzaku only acknowledges the name, he doesn't give an origin.

The sub you watched sucks. Those subbers seriously need hearing aids.
The word "Lamperouge" never even appeared in that conversation.

The only places "Lamperouge" ever appeared in canon material (including anime, Picture Drama, and Sound Episodes) are Lelouch or Nunnally saying, "I'm Lelouch/Nunnally Lamperouge." And that's it. Nobody ever said anything about where that name came from.

Lelouch does say his full assumed name once in that conversation, it just isn't elaborated upon.

Alas! I have the picture dramas in mind.
Yep. It's spoken. Then Suzaku gave a plain dry "okay" and that's it.

Almost definitely not. In fact, he probably doesn't even have his Geass anymore. We'll know for sure in a day or so.

According to Episode 15, it takes a the second level of Geass (appearing in both eyes) to be able to take the Code from an immortal. Charles and Mao are the only people we've seen, aside from C.C., to have had that level of Geass. With Mao's being, likely, the most quickly evolved of everyone we've known. So Lelouch, but the Episode's own definition, would not have been able to take the Code.
