I was thinking the same thing,I just got done watching the first episode of "phi brain" and I think that even if it's not detective trap it definatly feels like a real life Arushimuto anime.

All I've gotta say about the new season - omoshiroi!

Art looks better, the first episode was very interesting and I'm so impatient to see what'll happen to Ashirogi Muto in the future.

I think the anime did its job in promoting the manga,the sales have gone up,it wasn't in the top 10 last year but it's in the top 10 in the first half of 2011.

In france it won best shounen at the paris japan expo and while I've got no numbers it seems like one of the best sellers.

Detective Trap looked pretty good. Stinks that they don't have Hattori anymore, this Miura guys seems like a miss, hopefully he's a hit though. Lol Takagi loses his men only studio. Ogawa seems to really know his stuff. Lol when they pull up to the party with all the black cars. Eiji is the best, Himawaru was interesting. Like how Mashiro proclaimed that he wanted to do what his uncle couldn't.

OP was good, but the ED was great. Tommyheavenly6 FTW! Looks like Miho has a problem next ep.

They covered 3 chapters I think,that's way more than the pace of the first season,if this was the first season we wouldn't have gotten past introducing the assistants and seen none of the party.

Even though I dropped Bakuman at 145, I am still a avid viewer of the beginning and will continue to watch the anime. Looking back now, Mashiro relationship with Miho (aka girlfriend) is ridicules and hopefully it will be a forgotten premise for a long time. Regarding the episode, the dual has a new editor, who seem inexperience, compared to Hattori (and big idiot later on in the series). __________________ MAL

Takahama is actually a pretty good guy, he's serious and just doesn't think the other 2 are serious enough. Still can't tell if Miura is good or not, hopefully he brings good news. I guess its more into idol territory rather than voice actor, both tend to overlap at times though. lol @ Miyoshi's friends reaction when Saiko barged into the classroom. __________________ ...
