It's Tenjho Tenge. You were right. It's a fighting-school genre anime. It's quite a bit like Ikki Tousen. Continuous fighting, mindless fanservice, with emphasis on "mindless fanservice". There are more pantie shots in that anime than the centerfold of a Victoria's Secret magazine.
