What day of daihaseisei is this? is this day already passed the event with Oriana? because Touma is busy playing in games instead of chasing the magic courier.

Yeah, Saten mentioned that Kuroko is "down" beacause she didn't sleep with Misaka for days (as the students were living with their parents in hotels). Maybe it already at the festival's ending.

The Gensei who was captured was a fake (probably by Aztec magic), so that makes Xochitl someone who works with Gensei, but she also saved Ruiko from Mitori, who also works for Gensei.

It might be confusing, but I doubt that both Mitori and Xochitl work directly for Gensei (i.e. they are mercenaries), and their clash of approaches (Xochitl not wanting innocent civilians to get hurt in the mission versus Mitori's "take out whoever stands in my way" approach) may cause the two to turn against each other.

Oh, and what is Exterior?

By the way, does anyone think Touma used his left hand instead to avoid Imagine Breaker from destroying the charm on the possibility that it is magical.

That's probably an unconscious reaction to his part. Nothing more deeper to it, though for the fans. It has more meaning.

I believe this is late on day 2 of the festival, meaning that Touma has probably just gotten out of the hospital from all the events of LN Volume's 9 and 10 which occurred on day 1.

I suppose it is possible for it to be later in the week as a whole lot of stuff would have had to happen on day 2 (which starts when Mikoto realizes that Misaka 10032 is missing back in Ch 48), but there's no indication that night has occured anytime since then, and festival events seem to be continually ongoing.
