Okay, not all the old squad or the leader that have weird rules, just the thieving warrior that made the whole problem.

I've read up to chapter 60 of the WN. Some of the above has been achieved.

It's not like the group are actively seeking revenge. But it's not like they're avoiding their past either.

This title is horrifically named. You think it's a revenge fantasy edgefest when its more about 4 adventurers who felt betrayed coming together in order to move beyond it, save the world, and make money doing it. I appreciate it because this is what I'm looking for in reading materials, but the title reminds me too much of said edgefest titles that are Isekai.

To be more exact he got accused of... well, I'll leave that to your imagination. He spent three months in jail, lost everything, and then met this woman who... defrocked him (that particular manga panel left little to the imagination) and suggested he go be an adventurer. The spoilers I read elsewhere suggested that the higher-ups suspected that he was innocent but reputation was important so the light jail sentence was a slap on the wrist before they cast him out. Considering what he was accused of, I'd believe it.
