What should happen in Railgun Season Two is:

There should be enough backstory there for Mikoto and Kuroko to return to District 10 with Anti-Skill to check if Zassou Academy is a decent school or not. This is considering District 10 has a reputation for having inhumane and law-bending/-breaking actions.

they did make the whole telistina and the end of level uppper arc for just a day or two. In the anime time line.

I define Fanon as typically bring "fan-made elaborations of information, settings, characters and other elements found in the source material which is also known as Canon. It can also include theories and side stories outside of the scope of canon."

Fanon can sometimes comprise of original characters, and some stories may tell the tale wholly from their perspective, to give an alternative look at some things. For example, I write with less emphasis on fanservice than Railgun does, and while I reference events in canon, I some times have my characters take part in events that happen parallel to it and cover gaps in the source material.

Anyway, assuming it is authentic, being a Kuroko fanboy I'm dying to see novel volume 8 get animated.

(S1 covered volumes 1-6 while only removing one little side-arc iirc, so they should easily hit the events of volume 8 before/around episode 10)

But then again, to aru kagaku no railgun was the only word i can make out. so the rest of the sentence is blurry.
