Fulcrum has a commentary of Southeast Asian volunteers fighting in the legion. There's an exception to this as one Vietnamese man is serving with the regular Ukrainian military after he was given Ukrainian nationality (He'd also avoid jail time in case Vietnam wants his ass hauled off).

Russian MOD has a Telegram list of KIA volunteers.

They list the following from SEA: Philippines (17 volunteers, two “eliminated”); Indonesia (ten volunteers, four “eliminated”); and Thailand (three volunteers, one “eliminated”).

Ukrainian Border Guard announced that some villages in the northeast part of Kharkiv were retaken after Russian troops abandoned their positions.

It's only the villages of Peschanoye, Degtyarnoye, and Shabelnoye. The Border Guard called it a "gray zone" since it's near the Ukrainian-Russian land border.

About time the US congress agreed on Ukraine funds, 8 months later, but better late than never. So much for safety guarantees if you surrender your nuclear weapons. Safety guarantees mean shit in election year. <.<
