Also, Alice went to his hometown which is a snowy country somewhere in Eurasia so he might go straight to Vermillion in the next volume after seeing what's been happening on the news and especially since Shizuku is there now.

@Shinji103 we're not excepting anything. Popular opinion on here is that the next arc after the Vermillion arc will be the last, so anything could happen.

@AP24 a wedding would be a nice way to wrap the arc up. Something for Vermillion as a country to celebrate after the war has finished.

I'd absolutely love if the wedding happened at the end of this arc, instead of being saved for the very end of the story. Since this series has already defied the usual romantic progression in light novels and anime, it would be really kickass to follow through and have Ikki and Stella be a married couple for part of the story.

@Rosiero: What Andy said is that this arc might be the final one. If that's the case, a wedding at the end of the arc would be the same as having one towards the end of the series.
