It's listed in one of the links but I'll also list it here as well. The cast so far includes:
Inori Minase as Somali Daisuke Ono as Golem For those unfamiliar with the manga, it's like Ancient Magus Bride meets Usagi Drop (minus UD's ending, and AMB's "bride" theme)

Yeah, was trying to think of shows people would be familiar with, but I actually want people to watch the show, not run for the hills, so it was like I better include those minuses.
I'm saddened by the delay, but hopefully it's a good thing.

Yeah, they've got a huge task making the backgrounds as detailed and vibrant and beautiful as the manga. The backgrounds are works of art in and of themselves. I recently re-read Negima and in the afterword at one point Akamatsu showed the initial designs that he really loved, but had to basically trash because such detail would take forever. Clearly this author decided "if every frame takes forever then so be it".

Looks great. Though having read some of the manga it's kind of hard not to notice that there's nowhere near as much happening in the background. In the manga every single frame was full of tons of detail and content, and yeah it's pretty much a given that they'd have to remove that from the TV anime because there's no way they'd be able to contain that much detail and content and still produce a new episode every week. Kind of makes me wonder what it'd be like if one or two anime companies tried a Netflix style production: don't bother with "week after week", just make an entire thirteen-episode piece over a longer period of time and publish it all at once. If done right it might give the creators a bit more time to put in extra detail and eliminate some of the dumb mistakes people often find, bringing about something even more amazing.

First episode is out on Crunchyroll (preair but full episode)
I really like the overall setting for the first episode. The world fiction looks vibrant, full of creativity, and in general, I get that classic fantasy vibe. The character chemistry between the two main leads also adds moments of entertainment. Golem is a character to keep an eye on due to his nature. Even when he says "Golem lack emotions", I do find many of his behaviors to be human-like. The title is pretty fitting for the first episode -journeying parent and child. So far, this anime has a lot of my interest. Been reading the manga for awhile now so I kinda know what to expect. The theme songs are also very relaxing to the ears. This show is apparently listed as 12 episodes.

That exposition scene about humans was terribly done. That is not how you do an info dump. Everything else was fine.
And both the opening and ending are absolutely lovely, both in terms of visuals and the songs.
