So 12,000 years ago the Writing Culture had the power to bring things into reality. But that is just a momentary thing, they wanted to leave a legacy to future generations thus language was born. One tribe led by Nesta disagreed and it led to conflict. Nesta had Aquarions or Destroying Angels by her side. With Kiryu they piloted the Aquarion Logos. They were defeated with the forbidden Vector which was created to kill them. Destroying Angel or Angel of Massacre was Apolonius' title by the way.

12,000 years later Sougon happened and he found Kiryu's reincarnation in Subete. Sougon's sob story happened and is manipulated by Nesta. Using Subete a portion of Nesta is reincarnated into Maia. Basically this is like Mykage being a portion of Touma.

Who is Akira? An outsider who NTR'd Maia from Subete ruining the whole destined lovers thing. Now his existence is being eaten by Vector-Ga.

Now Maia and Deava are both in a pinch.

Great exposition episode. So in this universe the legendary couple from 12000yrs are the bad guys. Nesta and kiryuu used to pilot aquarion logos before they got their ass beaten by vector ga that akira now pilots.

Maia story is sad and subete turned into a giant ass. I hope he gets his ass kicked along with nesta. Maia and akira further bonding and maia wants to be the savior of akira which is sweet. Also it is funny when akira got little bothered when maia told her story of the past and says subete saved her. Their story akira and maia is the case of real outsider falling in love with one version of reincarnation. Unlike whatever shit evol did. So bravo to logos.

I think there is more to the story though. Vector ga's voice called kiryuu a traitor so I guess he was originally on the side of the writing group but then I guess he fell in love with nesta and betrayed them. Again similar to appllonius did but kiryuu choose the bad side. I really want to see what the past kiryuu looked like along with the voice of vector ga.

The truth is the one who NTR the destiny couple is Akira LOL this is gold XD The story Maia told about little Subete with the anime shows haft of the face with black hair suddenly made me think that child is actually Akira.

Maybe sth happens between them from long ago, their interaction helps Maia got more motivation while Akira obsessed with savior stuff.

I wonder if Nesta disappears will Maia also vanish? If it is then I don't mind Vector-Ga erases Akira as well. At least it would feel like they can be with each other in the atmosphere.

But why did Sougo want Nesta's power? I still don't get it? Subete is now so cold blood, it's fine!

Awesome episode. It shows a different approach in the previews aquarion series. Akira is really an outsider and not a dog. Because really evolved equals crap. It didn't exist.

Kokone still loves akira but at least she is not doing something stupid.

Question. How many episode is this? I don't want another cliffhanger at the end. This episode is also unique. No monster of the week for this week. The end also reminds me of evangelion with less bombing and the government succeeding.

Subete created his own wife who ended up rejecting him for Akira. Wow the NTR has gotten strong, I miss the MJBK already.

Interesting theory from /m/. Nesta calls him an outsider yes. But here is the thing Vector-Ga erases the existence of its pilots but what if Akira was the pilot of Vector-Ga 12,000 years ago that reincarnated that Nesta and Kiryu/Subete forgot as he was erased. What was left was the desire to save. Reincarnating into Akira. Sougon realized something about Akira by the end.

It is likely Akira's desire to save turned into hate for the enemy becoming a destructive savior. As Kiryu betrayed the Writing Culture side.

So while Kiryu and Nesta are the forbidden couple equivalent only on the bad guys side it could be the pilot of Vector-Ga was the Touma equivalent. But this time he made Nesta reincarnation defect instead.

possible, maybe that's why he was able to summon that Vectorga not anyone else.
