Well, demon is a very general word, besides, many pagan deities were demonized when Christianity became dominant.

For example, Melqart = Baal is listed as a demon in Ars Goetia.

Probably the named demons ie the 72 demons in the lesser and greater goetia are Gods, the rest are prob d-beasts

that or it has an anathema attribute against divine tier beings. Susanoo IS a god tier being, but I don't know the full stat of the sword, unless someone breaks it down

... why did I think of Baphomet and Beelzebub is nearing god tier beings when they are usually classed as demons?

wait... wasn't Baal a war god? I dunno why it came into mind, but I think of him as similar to Warhammer 40k's Khaela Mensha Khaine and his Avatars if he's gonna be referred to his old time.

There's actually a whole bunch of Baals because in Semitic languages Baal simply means master or lord.

There are so many religions and culture out there, there are bound to be confusion. I got a question, how many attributes are there and what do they mean?

Well, angels are considered heretic gods, and since most if not all of the major demons were fallen angels, there's a fair chance that they are indeed heretic gods.

im sure theres a ton of atributes.
Just think about how many gods there were, and what they represented.

The ones which bring about the most problems tho is probably the hero class gods which are mostly steel.

Beelz is one of the seven princes of hell.
That would push him into near God class.

Baphomet was only made big by squaresoft.

maybe because if she doesn't .. she might end up surrounded by guys who wants to have her for themselves =/

like what the committee is trying to do with godou ... they send mariya to get him .. since it failed they send ena .. which also fail .. since both of them will probably follow him to the end of the world

isn't Leviathan usually portrayed as a very very hueg snake-like thing?

the fallen Lucifer could be classed as a heretic god if following the thought demons can be classed as divine or chaos beings, but that in itself would be imbalanced and impossible.

in volume 7 chapter 1 at the very end when saying the new heretic god's name instead of "General of the Deep Sands" shouldn't it be "monk of the deep sands" instead, since chinese people pronounce him as 沙僧. 沙=sand 僧=monk
