Interesting Episode. I think that it shouldn't be too difficult to verify that Konoe and Miyabi are telling the truth - there should at least be records of their Fathers to work on.
In Miyabi's case, I don't think it's beyond the ability of Mr X to get those Hospital Records, to verify that Miaybi's story checks out. And they both have solid alibis. So, Konoe is an heir to another company too? It's not surprising, and I suspect odds are, had their father's not drifted apart.... Konoe is still in the lead. Though the closing scene was.... please tell me it's a parody of harem cliches. Though Shougo is a very, very good catch, unlike most of your harem protagonist. |

I kinda like this show that's it really following the LN. When I heard Go zappa handles the scripts with R-15's director, I seriously got worried... But yeah, after this episode it seems I got worried for nothing, still pretty generic (that's the authors fault though...) I hate the soundtrack! It sounds like a hentai game... |

Wow, really? I would have said that the soundtrack is actually one of my favourite parts of this anime (it doesn't remind me of an ero-game at all; I think the last song before the credits is supposed to remind of you cheap porn, though, but that's on purpose. ), but I already liked this composer. It actually reminds me a fair bit of her work on the Polyphonica anime, which I quite liked (along with D.C.S.S., Kagihime, Gift, Infinite Stratos, and a few others).
(In other random news, I thought it was funny to see Gonzo in the production assistance role for this episode when Studio Hibari Gokumi (edit: corrected!) is the lead, considering that Studio Hibari Gokumi was part of Gonzo in the first place. )

Both of them, for what it's worth. Between the two shows, she produced a four-disc soundtrack for that franchise -- quite the repertoire.
For this show, though, I guess perhaps it's more of a cross between that and Infinite Stratos (because of some of the "harem" themes).

No, I was referring to the dance scene during ep 2? It was supposed to be exciting and fast music since shingo is showing of his skills but yet they used some slow inappropriate music along with the dance scene... The animation is there, the music just didn't fit with it... |

Personally, I thought that whole dance scene was more funny with how over-the-top it was than anything else.

There's some kind of weird logic going on. Kumagorou (Shougo's father) had an affair with another woman, had a child, and nobody knew much about it. Shougo's mother didn't bother to find out. Ikusu the ninja agent also didn't seem to know. Only the woman with whom he had the affair knew.
Now Shougo is having this incredible worry : if I somehow married my half-sister, it would be disastrous if people found out! The thing is, if nobody even know Kumagorou had a daughter with another woman, how would they know Shougo married his half-sister? |
