Point taken. Nothing can really be said about her changing until she takes action on it. However, if anything, I consider this to be a start. I guess, I'll just have to wait and see before I can bring up any points about her growth.

Not much to say from me, except agreeing with how the fight scenes are epic and Mikoto's character growth is agreeable to my interests I'd make the joke of Mikoto finally reaching the stage of walking up to Touma before he leaves on another trip, says her farewells, and then proceeds to go "shut up and kiss me, baka" with a tsundere confession/goodbye... but I think I already made one like that several volumes back

Hmmm, Touma battles will be more interesting now that opposing power users are getting smarter, they now realize that yes, the best way to beat him is through superior level of martial arts and/or conventional weaponry.

This volume is in general, awesome. These fights are awesome, Touma gives awesome speeches, a Level 5 is fighting a Saint, Accelerator vs Kakine round 2, tsundere Birdway, crazy Mugino, even a badass dark matter beetle. I can't wait for more!

She calls down Telesma from all the main Archangels to build her sanctuary. Sanctuary shields are her specialty. In this case, she uses it to direct her own power so it can be better wielded

Not technically....rather the way they employ their spells in conjunction with their physical attacks. Acqua's tsunami was not a common use of a nuking spell.

even a saint use a magic reinforced weapon, look at kaori and silvia
