Still personally I think both Avatar's stories could be explored more. Both characters and world, of course I generally fall towards epic long series. But I will say that even if it's a bit contradictory both the avatars we seen did have their stories told... Though I tend to believe there is always more stories to be told no matter if one was finished.
The way LoK ended with Korra and Asami, personally I don't mind it compared to others to detest that sort of relationship even though apparently my "God" and the bible says it's wrong or w/e. But w/e, Bias and judging will always be apart of religion and it's followers. IMO.

Either way, the greater annoyance here comes from the fact that MaKorra was a popular pairing since even before the series started as well as the fact that nobody expected KorrAsami to be canon.

if they ever do a future avatar series, i would like to see avatar in modern times(i.e 21st century), where the new avatar must deal with a world where modern technology has caused bending to become somewhat obsolete

I found the ending vague like if push comes to shove and they received negative reactions they could pawn it off to "fan interpretation". Personally I hate shit like that stand by your work.

The final episode was really strong in emotion and the animation was beautiful. I didn't notice how much I was sucked in the episode until the last minutes, which felt like a fleeting yet beautifull moment. I think that the music really helped in that.

Visually yea it was great I just wished they stuck to their guns and focused on expanding Asami and Korra's budding relationship like they did with Mako and Korra instead of just pussyfooting around the subject, then when they got positive reactions they just tagged a creator comment like "yea they hooked up". Disappointing to be honest.

Thing is though, they already went as far as Nickelodeon would allow them to. They couldn't make Korrasami any more obvious than they did. If anything it's surprising that they even got away with implying it as heavily as they did.

Yea people make it seem like it's some amazing life altering shit. Like seriously there's been a ton of gay references in other cartoons why skimp on LoK? Anyway I hope the next series is better I always found Korra lackluster compared to the original series the only reason people lauded it so much was because of "muh strong female lead" bullshit. Whatever nice ending decent pairing and shit though I doubt the "relationship" would last that long since it's also implied Mako's still around for whatever reason, seriously they shoulda just ended it with Korra dying THAT woulda made more sense than lolbisexual ending. They shouldn't have done the extra season since it was originally planned to end it with the previous one.
