i didnt think it is teleport, since the particles gathered and create 00 raiser (watch 6:19)

Watching the episode closely and I can say for certain that 00 did teleport.

First 00 Raiser turned into GN Particles and then GN Particles came together to form 00 Raiser. Watch Closely.

Great show, gundam oo goes on some higher level mode fight.
Some téléportation mode is excellent. Even ribbons is jealous.
Seems like he would sell and sacrifice ( a trap?) all the innovators for the OO system now, if he could.

Seems like SE-chan was KO for a few second. Yes! saji go punching now a bad guy non static, that will be different, you know coward you are! Yes he finally remembers the very big mistake he made ( at kataron base). Could you even save your girlfriend from herself? Stupid Louise who thinks that erase her data photos will succeed erase her past. Yes it makes you prepare to kill more in blind mind way-bersek mode for sure.

Wang is not worth to be kill by Ribbons? She jeopardizes his plan 2 times with OO...she was slap in the face but he loose face too. They play some party chess with people.

Before receiving the first GN-Xs from Corner, the three powers were ready to give in to CBs demands and disarm and disband their armies, thus giving CB the win, having only terrorist groups and PMCs to deal with.

The effect of the "teleportation" plus the sound effects is highly remininescent of that of the GN Cloaking Field that Celestial Being has, which I think is more of the case: Leaving behind a fake composed of shed GN Particles, then reappearing elsewhere. It's not as if the 00 suddenly appeared miles away in a different direction, it only moved in short distance bursts that has been shown to be attainable by normal Trans-Am.

CB said they are going only to destroy A-LAWS and they aren't interesting in the federation destruction. In other words this CB trying to fix their mistake(to attone for their sin).

Well it's not like the Turn A didn't pull a similar feat after previously only having relatively modest powers and abilities. I'm sure that that will be overlooked in the coming week though as certain people try to mine Seed for some sort of precedent or so that the overpowered angle can be worked exclusively to 00's detriment. That's how it usually goes and as far as I'm aware a mecha isn't allowed to exhibit any degree of force greater then that of a Scopedog anymore unless it's Macross or Gurren Lagann lest much whining ensue. I'm pretty sure the 00 went beyond the threshold this episode.

They aren't interesting in the federation destruction because they know if they destroy fed, the world will fall in chaos again. A-Lols isn't their mistake, it is the creation of Ribbon.

Well, the 00 was incredibly overhyped yet seemingly underpowered for the past 11 episodes, so for the people wanting to see what the 00 Raiser hype is for, well they got it in spades
