Sypnosis
A neet goes out looking for a job and finds an ad looking for a tester for an enclosed world of swords and sorcery with a monthly salary of 250k yen (~2.5k usd). He accepts, signs the contract and next thing he knows he's in the fantasy world.

The contract is for 20 years. He is free to do whatever he wants in there however he is recommended to not hole up in town. The guy who did the interview is apparently the god of the fantasy world, though the impression in there of "god" is that he's a hands-off type.

Powers

Spoiler:

He has a menu where he can use skill points to raise skills. Skill points are 5 per level. Skills cover everything from combat, to passive (eagle eye, eye of truth) to even manufacturing capabilities. He's capable of resetting his own skills points once a month.

If a person's loyalty point goes above 50, their menu becomes available to him and he can raise their skills too. Just for reference, for girls this means pretty much willing to sleep with him. To be more precise it's their trust in him.

Right now his sword skills are first rate (but nowhere near the strongest). Magic-wise he should be the strongest in the world. Specialty is swordsmanship, fire and earth magics.

The cat-girl with dark blue hair. The MC bought her as a slave to train her so she can be a party with him. As a beastman she can't really use magic but her physical skills are excellent. Skilled with the bow and sword.

Angela
Priestess. Long blonde hair. First met the MC when he came knocking on the church doors looking for somebody to learn healing magic from. Specialty is water and healing magic.

Elizabeth
Mage. The drills. First met the MC during a guild mission to hunt a dragon requiring several top ranking parties. Specializes in wind and dimensional magic

Tilica
Truthsayer(?). The brown haired girl with heterochromic eyes. With her eye she is able to see when a person is lying. There's an organization of them and they're used in official positions. Specialty: Summoning magic

Liliana
Elf. The one with pointy ears. Elven royalty, second in line to the throne. Specialty: Spirit and wind magic. She's training to become the tank of the party.
