I recognize some of those from Eclipse.

I think SOME of them appear at some point in time, but I can't be sure where.

i can only think of it appearing: at the start, before/after the opening, before/after commercial, before/after ending, at the end...

I don't think so. It is still one body. It may not work twice even if two different people are in control.

Lelouch can only use the Geass once per person as long as they have a Geass effect on them.

Reason: The Geass changes the person's BRAIN. It re-writes it with the given command. That re-writing is permanent unless cancelled by Orange-Kun.

Hence, one brain, one Geass.

The Geass Canceller obviously re-writes the brain back to its normal state thus allowing it to be Geassed once more.
