Also, the Maou (daughter) looks really cool. Might be the best cover girl I have seen in a long time.

As for it being or not being harem: it has romance tag. As far as I know most novels with this tag are non-harem (call the cat).

But I would only take the daughter if she's in my strike zone, and if she's not, then I wouldn't give a crap unless I need to in order to survive. :x

Look on the cover. Of course such a girl must be in your strike zone if you don't have very per*cough* specific tastes.

But generally yeah. Considering the mazoku are a different race it might easily turn into much more of torture than reward (well that might happen even if she was looking human though)...

Feelings after reading prologue:

she is good. This was a first class light brainswashing (carrot and stick, I am your saviour etc. it would take too long to list). If she does this to every promising summoned guy she is gonna have an elite guard unit filled with few (well the rest died in the "hell in the beginning") extremely strong and motivated soldiers and all of them are gonna die for her if she just says to do so.

Anyway, this seems interesting.

Does clash of civilization mean what I think it does? Because age of empires taught me the "kill every villager you can find and some, and burn every building you see, including houses and farms for fun" meaning.

Try Civilization V instead of AoE it is better.

But probably yeah. Considering the few chapterss I have read from this till now it is a violent clash... very.
