You can cut everything except the frames of Shana's appearance (no need for the transition) and have it loop appropriately. Thanks!

Taiga has a similar personality to Shana, they even share the same voice actress! ^^

Anyway, I made another gif last night.

As for the avatar, I didn't know if what you wanted was an animated avatar, or just a static one. But since I don't know how to do animated avatars, I just did a simply static one..

Shana and Taiga similar personality? Not really. If Taiga's a warm fireplace that can burn and yet comfort you, Shana's a raging firestorm.
