All that says is that it's neither Itsuki nor Ya(meow!). The former just doesn't have that hairstyle and the latter doesn't have that bit of hair in front of his ear. If I honestly had to guess, I'd say it's Mitsuuru in a rare instance of actually having backbone.

Looking good.

Checking based on other images and my yuki figurine, the jacket is suppose to cover the cuffs to so you might wanna blacken those areas.

The middle is also suppose to be open so a stripe of white there would work, enough to show the ribbon framed against white. Thanks to Mitsuuru's hands, the ends of the jacket are out of view and out of your set of problems.

The line along Itsuko probably needs some work but otherwise its looking really good.

Cosplayed Haruki. Interesting. Would be more interesting to get well-trimmed Itsuko and Kyonko cosplayers, but the chesty Itsuko type is a little less common that the flatter Kyonko type.
